Returns
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Process:
- Contact Us: Email us at jaymebrapgraphix@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
- Prepare Your Package: Safely pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging, if possible. Include the original receipt or a note with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Ship Your Return: Send your package to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label and replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
